About Me
Thanks for visiting my site! I’m a passionate and versatile illustrator and concept artist with fourteen years of experience as a creative professional. Over the years, I have worked on many mobile games and graphics demos, contributing both 2D and 3D art at every level of the production pipeline. I enjoy using my diverse skill set to explore ideas, create worlds, and bring them to life.
I primarily work digitally using Procreate and Photoshop, but I also spend a lot of time with my sketchpad and markers. I’m well versed in a wide variety of 2D and 3D programs.
I grew up in the sprawling metropolis of Casper, Wyoming, where I spent my youth playing with Legos, drawing my own illustrations in the margins of books, and crashing my bicycle. After high school, I enlisted in the Marine Corps, where I spent five years in Arizona working on avionics and drawing my own illustrations in the margins of training books. I studied Media Arts and Animation at the Art Institute of Colorado, and now live in America’s finest city, San Diego.
I’m inspired by fantasy and science fiction art and books, the great outdoors, Saturday morning cartoons of yesterday, video games, and life in general.
When I’m not busy making art, I spend my time hanging out with my wonderful wife, two daughters, and our Chihuahua. I like to run, grow bonsai trees, watch movies and documentaries, listen to all kinds of music, and play games when I get the chance.
